HOW TO ABSORB THE CAMPAIGN MESSAGE TO YOUR FRIENDS, FAMILY OR RELATED PERSON

We’ve recieved emails from people they asked us how they could help to reduce piracy act; how to support local bands; how did we do our campaign; how is it going this far. They asked around the campaign generally. Let’s just say that we are an expert on this so you’ll be listen to us. Our campaign aimed to change people act in piracy through the internet when they were downloading certain songs from certain bands.

How? If you busted your friend(s) sitting in front of their laptop or computer, having a cup of latte and smart phone / tablet in another hand, downloading certain songs from the internet, you can warn them by telling them what they did was wrong because it’s an illegal. Unless the website is certificated and they have a legal permitted. One thing for sure you will get some denial from your friends like “....because it’s so hard to find their album”; “...it’s so not important thing because all I want to do is listening a song”; “it’s expensive”. We belive you will be stunned by any of their excuses when they’re pretending what they did is the right thing to do. Again we must confirmed you when your friends denied they have already knew what they did is wrong. They’re trying to make another excuses.

You can give them a little vision about how the band earn money, by selling an albums and songs for sure. Let’s take an example if your friends (you’re talking to) is building some business in making invincible coat. Some time later the product is copied and sell with in lower price. What will happen? Your friends will lose all the money she / he had to build her / his small business. Probably she / he will upset, angry, sad, but who cares? People generally do not care about who invented it first.

Let’s be positive by wishing all you’ve told  to your friends will works out, as they will change or maybe stop their habbit downloading songs or albums on the internet. But sometimes impromptu ideas will come across to you, whatever you think of as long as your answer will be your weapon to give an excuses to your friends.

Musician making music, we need music. There’s a way we can keep on support our musicians making music is by respect the music, by purchasing the music. How can we afford for our cellphone which maybe will cost you over $500 (Rp 5.000.000) maybe more, if we can’t help our local music? Go ask our selves about that. There is alot of way to stop piracy act. Tough, it’s not easy, it’s not hard either. Stay tune with us together we will find out ways to stop piracy.
